Pre-roll
Pre-rolled flower. Same pharmacology as flower, with convenience and less control.
- Onset
- 1–10 minutes
- Duration
- 2–4 hours
A pre-roll behaves exactly like flower because it is flower. The practical difference is that a whole pre-roll is often more than a starting dose, and it is harder to stop cleanly partway through.
Infused pre-rolls, which add concentrate or kief, can be substantially more potent than the flower alone suggests. Health Canada specifically warns new and occasional users away from high-concentration extracts.
