Certificate of analysis
The lab report for a specific batch, covering cannabinoid content, terpene profile, and contaminant screening.
A COA is batch-specific. A COA for a different batch of the same product tells you very little.
Read four things: total THC and CBD, the top three terpenes by percentage, the pass/fail on pesticides and heavy metals, and the test date. If a retailer cannot produce one, that is informative.
