Epidiolex
The only FDA-approved plant-derived cannabis medicine: purified CBD oral solution for specific seizure disorders.
Approved June 2018, currently indicated for seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, Dravet syndrome, and tuberous sclerosis complex in patients one year of age and older.
Its existence does not validate consumer CBD products. Doses, purity, monitoring, and indication are all different.
