Glossary
Microdose
A dose small enough to produce benefit with minimal intoxication — typically 1 to 2.5 mg THC.
Microdosing lines up closely with what published clinical dosing protocols actually recommend as a starting point, which makes it less of a trend than it sounds.
For daytime use in particular, a dose that leaves you functional is usually more useful than one that does not.
Also written as: microdosing.
